Safety Class: Degree 2 - Primal
Containment Procedure: It is kept at all times inside a terrarium for terrestrial arthropods. The terrarium measures 3x3x1 meters and its interior has been decorated with plants. It must be fed daily. Contact with the entity is completely prohibited.
Anomaly 111 is a centipede (Scolopendra cingulata), with a strange light blue color. It is shown to be sapient, to the human level, and can even speak with a female voice. She is generally friendly but tends to be rude and stubborn. Touching it is not advisable, since it emits a poisonous and deadly substance from its body that infects upon contact; this substance causes the spontaneous formation of multiple cancerous tumors.
Discovery: Anomaly 111 was discovered after multiple incidents of people dying due to large, abnormal tumors that formed in their bodies. All those affected were known to each other and worked at the same Paleolithic site. When the area was investigated, a perfectly preserved fossil of a centipede was found; When the fossil was examined in more detail, the centipede gained autonomy and emerged from the fossil, trying to escape without success after being locked in a bucket.
