Safety Class: Degree 1 - Safe
Containment Procedure: Anomaly 1069 is to be contained within a standard vacuum and hermetically sealed enclosure. Due to the nature of the object, no further containment procedures are necessary.

Anomaly 1069 consists of a life-size statue of British singer Richard Paul Astley (Simply known as Rick Astley), physically indistinguishable and quite realistic to the original singer. Anomaly 1069 has the same outfit and appearance seen in the music video "Never Gonna Give You Up", recorded in 1987.

Anomaly 1069's anomalous characteristics include its ability to move at high speeds when out of an individual's range of vision. When not being seen, Anomaly 1069 will seek out the nearest person and appear in front of them abruptly and spontaneously, after which it begins dancing and singing "Never Gonna Give You Up". It should be noted that Anomaly 1069 does not articulate its limbs when moving, and due to the few sightings of its movements, it floats a few centimeters above the ground; when he finds a subject and starts the song, then he will start to move his joints.
